Greetings Artist & Craftsmen,
You are invited to participate in the twenty-seventh (27th) annual “A Coastal Carolina Christmas Arts, Crafts, & Gift Show” on Saturday, December 1, 2018. It will be held in the main building at the Craven County Fairgrounds on Highway 70 in New Bern, North Carolina.
Show hours are 9:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.
We’re looking forward to another wonderful show. This is our 27th year and together (you, our vendors, and us) we have built a reputation of producing a high-quality, one of a kind craft & gift show. Anxious, excited shoppers return year after year looking to purchase from their favorite vendors and to seek out products from new vendors. People come ready to buy, sample new foods, win prizes, and just enjoy the happy, holiday atmosphere.
Eligible media: Original artwork, hand-crafted items, baskets, pottery, fabrics, woodcrafts, etc. All work must be original. NO FLEA MARKET ITEMS ACCEPTED. New vendors must submit two photos of all work to be exhibited for committee review unless personally invited by us. Photos will be returned.
Spaces are 10’ X 10’. Commercial vendor space is limited. One (1) vendor of each commodity/merchandise will be accepted (i.e. Tupperware, clothing, leather goods). First come, first served! Assignments will be given upon arrival the morning of the show. Space locations will be granted, if we receive your application by October 31, 2018, for previous year’s booth space. No exceptions! Otherwise, space will be assigned as applications are received. No booth location changes will be made the day of the show unless deemed necessary by show promoters. Acceptance or rejection of the show will be emailed or snail mailed to you immediately. Refunds will not be granted except for rejected applications. Other information will be sent prior to the show. Vendors must provide tables, chairs, display boards, etc. Tables must be covered to the floor. All booths are to remain fully set up until closing time. Vendors are responsible for their own sales tax.

Return your application and make payment soon! Spaces fill fast and will be accepted until the show is filled. After November 10, 2018, cash or money order will be accepted.
